Core Workshop (one day)
Can learning to be persuasive actually be fun? It can in this workshop!

This highly interactive, video-assisted workshop teaches a proven system for developing highly persuasive business presentations. Participants start the day with the objective of a presentation they’re going to give in the future and end with a fully structured persuasive presentation ready to be delivered. More importantly, they’ve learned a system to structuring, theming, illustrating, and strategically crafting a business presentation designed to get results.

Participants follow two would-be presenters on video as they work through the eight “habits” to developing a persuasive presentation. As they work through the steps, they develop their own presentation. What makes this program so powerful is that the core content is presented through realistic role plays and the facilitator can then focus on directing the key skills to each presenter in the program individually.

This program can be delivered live in a one-day session, online in a self-paced manner, or can be licensed to be delivered by your facilitators.

Here is sample of the first module.

Here is the sales page for the online version.

Performance Coaching and Evaluation (one day)
This one-day add-on (or stand-alone program) challenges participants to deliver a five minute structured presentation on camera. The performance is reviewed on video, positively critiqued, revisions made, and a second performance given and further critiqued. Participants end the day having delivered and enhanced their presentation as well learned to evaluate presentations or other team members.
